At Magnolia On The Green, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer. One time pet fee of $500 per pet ($300 non refundable pet fee and $200 pet deposit) and $25 of monthly pet rent per pet.
