Our Pet Policy
At Magnolia On The Green, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer. One time pet fee of $500 per pet ($300 non refundable pet fee and $200 pet deposit) and $25 of monthly pet rent per pet.

At Magnolia on the Green, were all about the Mavs! Residents can score discounted Dallas Mavericks NBA home game tickets throughout the season at the best price. Residents can get up to 20% off tickets at the upper level, up to 15% off tickets at the Platinum level, and up to 10% off tickets at the lower level. Residents can buy a maximum of 20 tickets per game. Each game is subject to availability.
